We embarked on an aromatic adventure, our very own Essential Oil March Madness to determine which single oil is our customers’ favorite! Here’s a summary of what took place.

So much unreliable information can make it difficult to know what to actually believe. The widespread misinformation has resulted in quite a few incredibly popular essential oil myths. Our goal is to help debunk these myths and provide education about the reality of safe, effective essential oil use.

96% of people will deal with headaches at some point in their life, as headaches are extremely common and can happen for a variety of reasons (Cleveland Clinic). Migraines, often seen as a much more intense headache, impact over 37 million people in the United States alone (Penn Medicine). There are many misunderstandings or a general lack of knowledge surrounding headaches and migraines so we hope to offer some education regarding the science of both headaches and migraines as well as suggest some potential options for alleviating the symptoms that can happen with each.

When it comes to aromatherapy, typically the first thing people will think of is essential oil use. Although the benefits provided through the use of essential oils are vast and wonderful, it’s important to note that they can pose a potential safety risk if improperly used, particularly among children. It can be stressful as a parent to worry about proper dilution, potential adverse reactions, and which oils are and are not safe for your children.
