Hey there, amazing Jade Bloom family! March was an exhilarating ride, and we're not just talking about the weather transition. We embarked on an aromatic adventure, our very own Essential Oil March Madness to determine which single oil is our customers’ favorite! Here’s a summary of what took place.
The Scented Showdown Begins
We kicked off with a lineup of 16 sensational single oils, each vying for the coveted title of “Customer Favorite”: Sweet Orange, Lemon, Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, Bergamot, Grapefruit, Patchouli, Clary Sage, Lavender, Peppermint, Frankincense, Helichrysum, Rosemary, Lemongrass, Coffee, and Oregano.
The Fragrant Finals
The final face-off was between the uplifting Bergamot and the mystical Frankincense. This was a very close vote, but Frankincense claimed victory in the end.

Meet the Champions
Bergamot Oil, the runner up, has a citrusy and slightly floral aroma. Those who drink Earl Gray tea are familiar with the flavor/scent because the bergamot rind is used to flavor the tea. Bergamot is well known for assisting with depression, anxiety, and stress. It’s also known for its ability to help in skincare, particularly combating oily skin and acne. It’s important to know that Bergamot Oil is phototoxic and you should avoid it when exposed to the sun or UV rays.
Frankincense Oil, our winner, has a fresh, woody, and balsamic aroma. The aroma of Frankincense is considered to be grounding, calming, and relaxing. It’s used in spiritual and perfumery situations. It’s also often used in respiratory formulations. Frankincense is considered to be wonderful for the skin as well.
